Over the past 7+ years, I’ve helped build and grow the agency’s creative department, leading an 8-person team across design, motion, and video production. My work combines creative direction, hands-on production, team development, and workflow organization.
My expertise spans the full creative pipeline — from concept development and art direction to motion design, digital content, and production supervision — with a strong focus on visual storytelling, consistency, and impactful brand experiences across platforms.
Still deeply hands-on, I enjoy bridging creative thinking and execution, while helping teams collaborate more efficiently and produce stronger work together.
Alongside my work in design and motion, photography remains one of my biggest creative inspirations and personal passions.
